Rev. Justin D. Green
The Reverend Justin D. Green is the Pastor of Immanuel Temple AME Church in Pembroke Pines, FL. Rev. Justin is a native of Vernon, FL and a proud alumnus of Florida Agricultural & Mechanical University, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting degree and a Master of Business Administration degree. During his matriculation at FAMU, Rev. Green was a distinguished member of the world-renowned Florida A&M University’s “Marching 100” Band.
Rev. Justin answered his call to the ministry on May 5th, 2019. Shortly thereafter, he enrolled in seminary to pursue his theological education. Rev. Justin was ordained as an Itinerate Deacon in the African Methodist Episcopal Church in 2022 and faithfully served at The Immanuel Temple under the pastoral leadership of Rev. John F. White, II and Rev. Maria Mallory White. On the first Sunday of January 2024, Rev. Justin was appointed as Pastor of The Immanuel Temple. On May 4, 2024 he received a Master of Divinity degree from Palm Beach Atlantic University. In that same year, on October 24th, Rev. Justin was ordained an Itinerant Elder in the African Methodist Episcopal Church.
Rev. Justin is bi-vocational, holding an executive position with the Food & Drug Administration. In this role, he directs and oversees the law enforcement and intelligence arm of the FDA.
Rev. Justin is an avid runner that finds spiritual renewal through journeying with God on the asphalt. He finds peace through running in various marathons while striving to live out his favorite scripture, John 14:27 ESV.
Happily married to his beloved wife, Jasmin, he proudly parents two amazing daughters, Jordan and Jill.
